We had a great time anyway and they tasted sooooo good! We had planned to share them, but we really just ate most of them ourselves. : )
I couldn't resist taking these pictures of Kate enjoying a halloween cupcake at an impromtu Halloween party that we had with her cousins. The quality of the pictures isn't real great. I'm still trying to figure out my Dad's camera. (hopefully the pictures will get better soon!). Anyway, you can tell that she thoroughly enjoyed every last lick of the this cupcake! Oh to be four again!
As I said earlier. We had a fun Friday where my neice and nephews were out of school so they came over while my sister went to work. Kate had been talking about this Halloween party we were having so we decided to do it that day. Unfortunately most of my pictures were pretty bad, so this is all I felt like sharing. We read some Halloween stories, played freeze dance to Halloween music, played pin the nose on the jack-o-latern, colored Halloween pictures, decorated and ate :) cupcakes and ended with watching "Monsters vs. Aliens". It was a great day! I'm glad Kate decided we were having a party. It was really easy to put together and I think everyone had a great time!

That last picture looks pretty darn good. Good lighting and composition. I say you are getting pretty good. I discard a lot of my pictures that don't turn out. I have only noticed recently that I am taking a few less bad ones that I need to throw out than I did before. Yay for digital! Is this your dad's SLR film one though? That would be frustrating if it were film since discarding a picture costs you.

I love to do Halloween parties. I opted not to this year. I haven't been in any kind of holiday mood. Oh well. I love the pict. of Kate eating w/out her hands. Peanut has totally done that before w/a cupcake. I want some caramel apples! I wish we could have a cousin party. I really miss you guys. Oh, I can't believe how much of a big boy Kevin looks like now. I know that sounds silly because he's too old to say that, but that's what I was thinking when I saw his new side picture.
Yum...those apples look great! What a cute idea for the skeleton cupcakes. Makes me want to have a Halloween party, too. :)
